Elmas offers PTFE (Teflon) coated Glass / Kevlar / Nomex fabrics with mesh size range from
1*1 mm to 6*6 mm allowing for maximum airflow and high efficient operation with minimal heat loss.
     PTFE coated glass mesh fabrics are suitable for continuous use at temperature up to 260 C°.
     Elmas high performance PTFE dryer belts have excellent heat transfer properties and dimensional stability under high heat and high tension.
 

     PTFE dryer belts are made in wide variety of splice and edge reinforcements to respond to all belt designs and applications, as standard PEEK spiral splice and tear resistance PTFE fabric strips of heat-sealed & stitched on both edges.
  For heavy duty application, PTFE coated Kevlar edge reinforcement and Kevlar splice (Bull - nose) can be also applied on the belt in order to provide stronger construction and longer lifetime.
